CJ Audit will examine all general expense categories for your company. We will visit your company and examine your books and records in order to recommend what areas should be audited. After it has been determined what areas are to be audited, we will ask that copies of the invoices for each category be sent to us together with a letter of authorization giving CJ Audit the authorization to negotiate on your behalf.

For each category audited, we will determine if you are being billed correctly and if there are savings available for that category.

Some examples of areas to be audited and the technique are:

INSURANCE - We will audit your property, casualty, workmen's compensation and health insurance to determine if your coverage is correct and if you have the lowest premium available.

REAL ESTATE TAXES - After we receive the real estate tax bills, we will compare the assessment shown to the expected assessment for like properties in the same area. For those properties that seem to be over assessed, we will obtain appraisals and apply to the taxing authority for a review and reduction of the assessment.

UTILITIES & TELECOMMUNICATIONS - Invoices will be reviewed for accuracy as to equipment and services being billed for and to determine if there are other suppliers and/or service providers that can offer a significant savings without compromising quality.

MAINTENANCE, OFFICE SUPPLIES AND SERVICES - These areas will be reviewed for accurate pricing, service offerings and potential savings.

PRINTING & PHOTOCOPYING - Our analysis of this category frequently result in significant savings including supplies for the machines as well as rental and service contracts on the machines themselves.

GENERAL EXPENSES - Our audit will also look at any other area of expense, which might yield savings for the client. Of course, all potential areas will be discussed with the client's management staff.
